How we handle the information you trust us with.

DATA SLAYER understands that you care how information about you is used and shared. We appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly.

DOC · DS-PRIV-001 REV 2026.07

This notice describes our Privacy Policy. By visiting DataSlayer.com, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

§ 01

What personal information about clients does DataSlayer.com gather?

We receive and store any information you enter on our website or give us in any other way. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your questions, customizing your content, and communicating with you. To help us be more efficient in sharing information about our services and products, we may use graphics in our e-mail communication with you. We do not, however, track how you handle these emails.

§ 02

Information collected automatically when you visit

When you browse DataSlayer.com, we and our analytics and business-identification providers automatically collect certain technical information using cookies and similar technologies — such as your IP address, device and browser details, and information about how you arrived at and used the site. We use this to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it, and to understand which types of organizations are interested in our services, including through a third-party service. This information is used for analytics and business-development purposes, is handled under this Policy, and is not sold. You can limit this collection using your browser’s privacy controls or a tracking-blocker.

§ 03

Does DataSlayer.com share the information it receives?

Information about our clients is an important and confidential part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We do not sell client information, and we do not share it outside of Data Slayer except with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only to provide services to us. Your information is made available to our staff so that we can properly inform you about services, products, or events. Apart from these service providers, we will only share your information with other parties with your consent.

§ 04

Chat conversations with Bob, our website assistant

Our website chat ("Bob") is an automated AI assistant. When you use the chat, we record and retain the full conversation — the messages you type, the assistant’s replies, and technical details including your IP address, browser type, and the date and time of each message — together with any contact details you choose to share. We keep these records so we can monitor the quality and accuracy of the assistant’s answers, protect the service against misuse, follow up when you ask us to, and maintain records for legal and compliance purposes. To operate, host, and monitor the chat, these records are stored and processed on our behalf by trusted third-party service providers — including our hosting, database, and chat-monitoring providers — who may access the records only to provide these services to us, under contract, and not for their own purposes. Handled like the rest of your information under this Policy, chat records are not sold, and they are not shared outside Data Slayer or these service providers except with your consent or as required by law. Please do not enter sensitive personal information in the chat.

§ 05

Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions

If you choose to visit DataSlayer.com, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice and our Conditions of Use including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of the state of Washington. If you have any concern about privacy at DataSlayer.com, please contact us with a thorough description, and we will do our best to resolve it.

Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Notice and the Conditions of Use will change as well. We encourage you to visit our website periodically and review recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Notice applies to all information that we have about you. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of client information collected in the past without the consent of affected clients.
